The Exodus Road is a counter-human trafficking organization focused on finding and freeing victims of slavery. They vet, train, fund and equip operatives to collect evidence of trafficking, then work with local law enforcement to bring freedom to victims and justice to the perpetrators.
The team at Exodus Road was looking for ways to better communicate with donors and let them know that their support was helping to rescue real people trapped in the modern slave trade.

The Exodus Road also takes advantage of Virtuous integrations with other best-in-class software solutions — like MailChimp — to make sure all information is seamlessly kept up-to-date. They no longer need to export data from one system and import into another. Email newsletter sign-ups on their website automatically flow from MailChimp directly into Virtuous to be reconciled against existing giver accounts.

The Virtuous Customer Success Team analyzed the organization’s data in eTapestry and created a customized data migration plan that had Exodus Road up and running in Virtuous in a matter of a few weeks.
Once the data migration process was complete, the entire Exodus Road team was using Virtuous after just one personalized training session.
