Product Trainer

Position Summary

Virtuous Software is looking for a Product Trainer to join our growing team. Virtuous is the leading Responsive Fundraising platform in the nonprofit sector, with a CRM, online giving, and digital marketing solution all in one platform.

The Product Trainer will primarily be responsible for facilitating live virtual training sessions for new and existing Virtuous clients. This role also includes occasional travel and facilitation of live, in-person training sessions. The Product Trainer will also act as a product guru within the company, train and support other internal teams, and may be required to contribute to sales demonstrations with complex requirements. As an internal product expert, the Product Trainer will be expected to contribute to support documentation and training content, including video e-learning courses.

• An understanding of the nonprofit sector and the needs of nonprofit organizations across multiple verticals
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends in the nonprofit space
• Experience with Zendesk, Camtasia, Zoom Webinar, Hubspot, and/or Chameleon is a plus
• Familiarity and/or experience using nonprofit CRMs and other fundraising software is a plus
